#2 - Golf Fitness Busy Golfer

This is Phase II of a series for golfers looking to improve their overall fitness and golf-specific skills and flexibility but also need a flexible schedule allowing workouts that can be different days per week and work around changing schedule. This program consists of two different resistance programs that you rotate back and forth from 3 days per week. This assures you get proper rest and don’t overtrain while allowing flexibility in your schedule AND body. Emphasis will be placed on exercises that will improve strength, stability, and flexibility on the course.  A Stretching program is also included which will not only improve your golf flexibility but your back health. This plan also allows flexibility on the days you incorporate the workouts since there are two different workouts that you rotate back and forth from and can have flexibility of when you do them. Cardio will keep you lean, assuming your nutrition is on par.  If you have not purchased one of our nutrition plans, it is highly advisable to maximize recovery, muscle growth and repair, and to help stay lean.  Always check with your Physician before starting an exercise program.
