 This is First Version of this advanced series. Golf is a series sport and series golfers take their fitness seriously.  This program is designed to challenge anyone who wants to be super fit but also incorporates golf specific exercises that will not only improve power and explosive performance but maintain and improve flexibility with dynamic movements and full range of motion that is crucial for maximum results.  This program can be used anytime of the year but due to volume, may be more appropriate for players during the off-season when course schedules are not as demanding.  Proper nutrition should not be ignored for optimum recovery. A stretching program is also included.
