#2 - Golfer Series: Flush and Recovery Workout

This is the Second Version of this series. New angles and combos of body parts paired together. That keeps the joints guessing and wear and tear down. Whether you are a serious golfer or not, this program will help you get those joints feeling better! We need to strength train to maximize our health but sometimes life and time can wreck your joints. Joints need to move to be healthy and to maximize range of motion on the golf course and life. We like to say, “Motion is lotion”, when it comes to keeping your joints healthy. This workout is great for the person who wants to challenge their bodies but using higher reps to “flush” the body with proper blood flow and help the body to get stronger without the strain of heavy weights.  This workout is also great for endurance and cardiovascular health. Proper nutrition should not be ignored for optimum recovery. A stretching program is also included.
