This was Lauren’s first workout of two that she did as she prepared for Miss USA 2018.   Lauren had been working out some and was a naturally athletic body type. This workout was designed to give her a fast-paced, intense workout but keep the weights lighter and focus more on a conditioning approach as we built a base for her prep going into the National pageants a few months away.  This workout will involve 3 days per week of weightlifting and 6 days per week of cardio.  This would assure she gets into very good shape and able to see how her body reacted to weights consistently.  This workout will led her perfectly into her second workout and ultimately, to Miss USA that year.  Her nutrition plan gives multiple options for food and fluctuations in macros PLUS a built in occasional “cheat” meal.  Always check with your Physician before starting an exercise program. Let’s make some amazing things happen!
