#4 - PAGEANT WINNER ELITE SERIES MIMI WOOD, MISS NEBRASKA USA 2023

Winning a major pageant title is a journey that takes time and strategic prep. This is the second phase of her Miss USA prep as we step up this intensity, volume, and duration. While this is workout #4 for her Miss USA specific prep, this is by no means her total story. This workout is built off of a prior workout in the series that lead to this one. This workout addressed her need to emphasize her upper torso to add more of a taper and balance her legs out due to years of dance.  Symmetry is beauty and knowing what to do for pageant prep is also about knowing what NOT to do. More legs don’t make your legs smaller.  This workout allowed her upper body and legs to be more in alignment with her current goals. We also incorporated Yoga and Pilates into her plan. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities. Always check with your Physician before starting a fitness and nutrition program to make sure you are healthy and ready for the workouts
