#1 - PAGEANT WINNER ELITE SERIES MARIAH DAVIS, MISS OKLAHOMA USA 2020

Mariah Davis was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA in 2020 after working hard for a couple of years towards her goals. She was utilizing the Attebery programs for those two years prior to winning.  Like many competitors, Mariah had to work for her incredible body. This year presented many challenges due to the Covid Epidemic and she had to do part of her programs at home due to gym closures. In addition, she was working on a production crew of a T.V. series and was traveling and having to workout in limited hotel settings. (SEE HOME AND TRAVEL SECTION for Workouts like that.) Consequently, we needed to get aggressive to start National level prep and this workout reflects that.  This first month is designed to get her muscle shape and tone improved while boosting the metabolism with additional cardio x 6 days per week. Get ready to get very serious as a “pageant athlete” and dedicate the time and effort it takes to prepare for a National Level Pageant body that will compete in Miss USA. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities. Always check with your Physician before starting a fitness and nutrition program to make sure you are healthy and ready for the workouts.
