#2 - PAGEANT WINNER ELITE SERIES MARIAH DAVIS, MISS OKLAHOMA USA 2020

Mariah Davis was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA in 2020 and this is her final workout prior to competing in Miss USA that year. The first month, the focus was a balance of weights and cardio most days per week.  Like many competitors, Mariah had to work for her incredible body. Her body had responded well to the muscle tone portion, but we knew we needed to pick up the pace on getting her “long and lean” for the National level type of conditioning she needed.  Mariah’s body type is curvy like most women and to get the stubborn last layer of body fat off, we had to go to a quality of weight program that took less time to allow her more time to get her cardio in as a priority with her busy schedule. The results were amazing as she brought in a beautiful body to the stage. This helped lead her to L.A. for hosting shows and modeling where she currently resides. Get ready to get very serious as a “pageant athlete” and dedicate the time and effort it takes to prepare for a National Level Pageant body that will compete in Miss USA. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities. Always check with your Physician before starting a fitness and nutrition program to make sure you are healthy and ready for the workouts. This is not for novices.
