#1 - PAGEANT WINNER ELITE SERIES RENEE WRONECKI, MISS ILLINOIS USA 2015

This is the first workout of Renee’s workout series as we took her along the journey to coast into her best condition ever for Miss USA. This workout is a base workout to begin her prep and see how she responded to her workouts and nutrition plan. We were also starting several months prior to Miss USA and we had no reason to go too intense at the beginning.  We always want to “shift the gears” as needed and starting off too intense can lead to burnout. Renee was very smart in her prep as he took several months to coast into shape, and this allowed us to fine-tune her workouts and gradually increase the intensity and the results speak for themselves. It is never advisable to try to get into top shape in just a few weeks. This is a great beginner-level weight workout with cardio to begin the journey with her as she preps for a National-Level competition and Top 15 placing. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline. You may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities.
