This is Phase II for a cutting bodybuilder who has completed PHASE I. This is an advanced nutrition plan for high-level bodybuilder goals. Individual needs will vary for level of activity, muscle mass size and weight of athletes, and genetic propensity. Carbohydrate intake will need to be adjusted according to your progress, genetics, and date of competition. Protein listed is just a suggestion. 1-1.5 grams per pound of lean body weight is recommended for hard training bodybuilders on a restricted diet. Always check with your primary care Physician for before you begin any program
