#1 - PAGEANT WINNER ELITE SERIES KELSEY GRISWOLD, MISS OKLAHOMA 2013

This is the first of a three-part series. Kelsey Griswold was crowned Miss Oklahoma 2013. She had contacted Attebery prior to her State win, where she not only went on to win the State Title, but she also won Swimsuit Preliminaries as well. This is the first of a series we did as she journeyed to Miss America 2014 and eventually place 2nd-Runner Up and Won a Preliminary Swimsuit/Fitness Award there as well. This first month prep was coming off her recent State training and so we backed down somewhat from her cardio and weights to allow her mind and body to get a bit of a break compared to her high-gear efforts she just went through. This is a great point for any healthy person to start a journey. Interestingly, Griswold started off as a Vegetarian when she began her journey with Attebery but adopted meat back into her nutrition plan as she noticed she felt better with the added meat and fish protein. Her nutrition plan is a general guideline, and you may need to adjust it as well along with the fitness plan for your individual needs and abilities. Always check with your Physician before starting a fitness and nutrition program to make sure you are healthy and ready for the workouts.
